I am proud to welcome you to New Hope And Life School of Religion Theology & Seminary aka NHL Christian Leadership Institute.  Our school is built on the inspired Word of God.  We trust that you will reach your desired academic goals.  Our faculty and staff are ready to assist you in developing your path in effective ministry.  

     NHL has served the Christian Community for over 25 years.  Christian education has been at the forefront of our service and we take great pride in the work we have accomplished.  Although the work has been rewarding, we still have a few issues that have been a concern to our students on the issue of accreditation.

     We are proud to say that we have FULL ACCREDITATION under the guidance of The Accrediting Commission International, Inc. (ACI).   In addition to our ACI Accreditation, we are accredited and licensed with Chaplaincy Training Institute, (CTI), to help meet the needs in our Community for Board Certified Chaplains.  Each of these Accreditations are mile stone and vision plan for our Seminary.  TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!    

     We believe in the flow and movement of the Holy Spirit in our teaching.  “YARAH” is the principle of our classes, it means “To Teach Like Rain,”  and we believe that the Holy Spirit will rain showers of blessings on our professors as well as our student body.  I know that the Holy Spirit will guide you in the days ahead.  Look forward to a life changing experience in every class.  Learn how to hear the voice of God, and gain a greater understanding of His will for your life.

     Let the Word of God come alive in you, that you may serve the body of Christ with Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding.  Allow the gifts of the Holy Spirit broaden your approach to ministry.  As in the words of Proverbs 9:9 “Give instructions to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser; teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.” 

     I personally believe in the spiritual growth of God’s people.  In many ways the Church has fallen short, however, we have an opportunity to build again.  It’s FAITH IN ACTION.  New Hope And Life School of Religion Theology & Seminary must stand on the principles of those who have gone on before us.  Let us be determined that as we grow to know the Word of God, we can make a difference in our Homes, Church Community and in the World today.

OUR ACADEMIC PROGRAM

     Welcome to New Hope And Life School of Religion Theology & Seminary aka NHL Christian Leadership Institute.  Our convenient program of study will allow you to reach your academic goals.  The programs at NHL are geared toward those who are preparing for (or currently engaged in) ministry to provide an educational experience without ever leaving your current ministry.

CHALLENGING:

NHL’s program of study is very challenging and requires each student to seek the Lord for guidance in the study of the Word of God.  Advisors are available to help you make the right decision toward your education.  Status reports are used to help students stay on the path to completion.

RESPECTED:

NHL began in 1996 and has since grown from a few students locally to students all over the DMV area, North Carolina, and Delaware.  Our students are Pastors, Missionaries, Evangelist, Ministers, Apostles, etc.

AFFORDABLE:

We operate on the semester system using the semester credit hour.  Tuition varies depending on the level of studies.  Our tuition is based on an entire program which excludes textbooks, materials, supplies, research materials, seminary/workshops, etc…it is very affordable!  Many have already taken advantage of our unique program which have been professionally developed to meet your academic goals.

New Hope And Life School of Religion Theology & Seminary aka NHL Christian Leadership Institute is a parochial school and proposes to train students in and for the Christian Ministry.  New Hope And Life School of Religion Theology & Seminary aka NHL Christian Leadership Institute administers its educational program and activities, including admission, without regard to race, color, religion, sex national origin, handicap, or disability.  However, New Hope And Life School of Religion Theology & Seminary aka NHL Christian Leadership Institute will not ordain or license any minister outside of its ministry.
